Cost & Quote Review
For owners planning renovation work. Whether you already have a quote or haven't started getting one, we tell you what the work should actually cost, based on decades of real renovation experience. We don't rely on generic estimating software or databases that can miss the realities of a particular property. Our estimates are built from the work itself — its materials, methods, access and complexity. If you've been quoted, we check it against what the work genuinely requires. If you haven't, we produce the estimate ourselves. And where the number's too high for what's needed, we look for a way to achieve the same result for less.
3.During Renovation:
Project Monitoring
For owners who can't be on site while work is underway. We visit at agreed intervals and check progress against the scope, plans, specifications and estimates, including the materials and workmanship actually being used, not just what was specified. If something's changed, or doesn't add up, we tell you promptly, so you can make an informed decision before it becomes a costly one.
We do not manage the contractor, direct the works or enter into contracts on your behalf. The project remains under your direction, or your appointed project manager or maître d'œuvre. Visits and scope are agreed in advance.
